The Norma Talmadge Building
When this quaint, French-style building was completed in March 1932, it was known as the Price Building. Built into the slope of Sunset, it was 5-stories in all, designed and built by architect Roy Seldon Price, who had a penthouse apartment at the rear of the property. Former film actress Norma Talmadge held the trust deed to the property, which later came to be known by her name.
In 1963, the Talmadge Building was replaced by a modern 15-story office tower.
